Sea glass, waves, sand, and a gorgeous day made for THE perfect setting for Chris and Amanda’s Virginia Beach destination wedding.  Yes, you read that right! This was a destination wedding for them! Chris and Amanda are from New York! Amanda grew up visiting the gorgeous beaches of Sandbridge. So when she and Chris got engaged and began making wedding plans, there was only one place she had in mind! And I must say she chose well!

Not only was this a destination wedding for the couple, but ALL of their family and friends who attended yesterday were from out of state!! I know Amanda and Chris must have felt so loved to see so many faces of family and friends smiling back at them as they said their vows.

Amanda you are a STUNNING bride!!  I love that Amanda and Chris chose to do a First Look AND get all of there family and wedding party pictures done before the ceremony.  We had SO much time and got SO many pictures of them!!  These guys!! So much fun!! And thank you Andy for taking a break from watching the Bills so we could grab some fun shots of you all!  One of my faves!!
This pier at Little Island Park is one of my favorite locations at the beach!  Seriously my favorite moment of the day! Chris’ ear to ear grin just makes my heart so happy!
I find that one of the best things about small weddings is that they lend themselves to especially tender moments. They also somehow feel a little more at ease, and that’s exactly what the vibe was on this beautiful day. Big congrats to the newlyweds!
