Late Spring in the South is probably one of my favorite times of the year…aside from Fall in the South (Obviously 😉 ) I first met Jill and her sweet girls last summer shortly after we moved here.  Milly was a tiny little thing always so content to hang out in her carrier in front of a huge fan while her mommy sweated away to the WOD at Pike Road Crossfit.  Soon Milly became mobile and keeping her in front of that fan became more difficult! My first opportunity to photograph these precious girls was for Milly’s 6 month photo shoot and later followed by her 1 year shoot.  Recently I had the opportunity to shoot the whole family at a beautiful location called The Oaks Plantation in Pike Road.  This place just oozes with Southerness (yes I just made that up 😉 )! From the oak tree lined drive way to the beautiful home in the back (more pics from another shoot there coming soon!) it quickly became a favorite spot.  I wish I could pick this place up and bring it to Virginia Beach with me! Thanks Jill for so many opportunities to work with your family!! Will miss you and WAR EAGLE!
